Refund Policy

This policy covers the paid Ad-free subscription on minnanihongo.com. Lessons, quizzes, and other study tools stay free. The subscription only removes Google AdSense and Adsterra advertisements while it is active.

Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") is the merchant of record. Paddle handles the payment, tax, and customer invoice. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to the payment.

Free trial

A new subscription includes a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the Paddle customer portal, or by emailing vjsoft.contact@gmail.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Ad-free access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

If you are charged after the trial, you may request a full refund within 14 days of that charge. Email vjsoft.contact@gmail.com and include the email address used at checkout. We do not refund a charge that is older than 14 days.

Approved refunds are sent by Paddle to the original payment method. Plan details are on the Pricing page.
